Returns

We currently do not offer returns on our products.
Customers are advised to review their order carefully and refer to the Size Chart before placing an order.

Replacement for Damaged Items

We offer replacement only if the product arrives damaged.

Since every product is quality checked before shipping, an uninterrupted (no-pause) unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claim.

Steps to Claim Replacement

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email us at support@marshberry.in with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damage

    • Full unboxing video

  3. Our team will verify the claim.

  4. If approved, a replacement will be arranged based on product availability.

Replacement Not Applicable If

  • Unboxing video is missing or edited.

  • The item has been used, worn, washed, or altered.

  • Damage occurred due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or preference-related reasons.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement product is not available.
In such cases, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Product Appearance

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.
