We currently ship only within India. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Delivery Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and packed within 2–3 business days after the order is confirmed.
During sales, festivals, or high order volumes, processing time may take slightly longer.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email along with tracking details.
Note: Order processing time is different from delivery time.

Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after dispatch depending on your location.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping details entered during checkout are complete and accurate. Marshberry will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the delivery partner. You may also contact us for assistance.
Items Received Damaged
